Hello! My name is Sophie and I am offering bespoke Hypnobirthing sessions in the Hambleton and Richmondshire areas of North Yorkshire, where I live with my husband and daughter. I am a teacher by trade, and have a passion for all things education and all things birth. My fun and engaging sessions are designed to make you feel supremely confident, sublimely relaxed and deeply empowered as you approach your birth. My aim is for each client and their birth partner(s) to feel strong in the reassurance that they are doing the best preparation and making the best decisions for themselves and for their baby(ies).
