I’m Nikki, an accredited birth and postnatal doula. I am passionately obsessed with anything perinatal. It was through working with my doula clients that I discovered the amazing world of hypnobirthing. When I had my own two children I hadn’t heard of it. I started to see first hand just what it can bring to a birth, what a difference it can make and help to achieve a positive, confident, empowered outcome. It’s such a powerful tool that can used not only through pregnancy and labour but also on the postnatal journey beyond.
