I’m so delighted to be a Calm Birth School Hypnobirthing Instructor and to share this empowering approach with you. Hypnobirthing has such a positive, transformative effect—helping you feel calm, confident and truly prepared for birth, whatever path it takes.
I teach practical tools such as breathing techniques, visualisations, affirmations and gentle movement, all designed to uplift your confidence and support your body and nervous system during pregnancy and labour—helping you feel grounded and in control, while gently releasing fear and tension.
My teaching style is nurturing, encouraging and down to earth. I meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re feeling excited, curious, nervous or a mixture of everything. I believe birth education should feel like a supportive hand to hold – not another thing on your ‘to-do list’. The Calm Birth School method is refreshingly accessible, realistic and rooted in the power of the mind-body connection, which is why it aligns so beautifully with everything I offer. My broader experience in mindfulness, holistic wellbeing – as a birth and postnatal doula, massage therapist, BA 3 Step Process Practitioner and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner – complements the heart of what I do in this capacity: teaching hypnobirthing with clarity, compassion and deep trust in your body’s innate wisdom.
Each hypnobirthing session is infused with evidence based tools and warm encouragement. I love exploring how hypnobirthing has the power to shift the way we feel about labour and birth—replacing any fear and tension with calm, confidence and trust. I’m here to offer tools and reassurance to help you meet your baby with calm and strength, however your birth unfolds.
