I am, first and foremost, a mother just like you: I have a 6-year-old son and am on a journey to bring new life into this world again. I spent my pregnancy and early motherhood developing my spiritual practice, and I can say that I have truly found peace in this life. I feel passionate about leading the souls of other women and mothers back into alignment so they, too, can live in the flow and feel peace and joy every day – and that begins with teaching the Calm Birth School to begin your motherhood journey with the beautiful birth experience you deserve!
