I live in Essex with my Fiancé and children. I’m a fully qualified Hypnobirthing Teacher and absolutely LOVE what I do.
My own experiences of pregnancy and birth have shaped my passion for supporting women during this incredibly empowering stage of life.
My main goal ( other than being able to spend more time with my children ) was to be able to help parents approach birth with calmness, confidence, and a sense of control.
I am super excited to make a difference to women’s birth journey’s and cannot wait to share my knowledge and experience of how INCREDIBLE Hypnobirthing can be.
