Helen Fakoya

Hello, I’m Helen. I have been a midwife since 2005 and I am a mum to two beautiful girls. I live in Knighton in South Leicester and I teach here and in the surrounding areas. I am passionate about informed choice and consent, human rights in maternity care and personalised care. I have previously worked as a consultant midwife for 6 years and have experience in supporting women and birthing people with personalised plans for birth. I have seen first hand how hypnobirthing techniques support women to have calm and peaceful births. I’m so excited to share the amazing tools and techniques that hypnobirthing offers and to support you to have an empowering and positive birth experience.
