Salaam and Hello! My name is Hajera and I am your Muslim Mama Bestie, Midwife of a decade & Guiding Hand in the world of birth. I have cared for hundreds of mothers and babies during pregnancy, birth and beyond in a range of settings from Homes to Hospitals. I teach Muslim couples all over the country how to hypnobirth with an Islamic perspective and help them apply teachings from the Qur’an and Hadiths around pregnancy/parenthood. My course will empower you and your birth partner to feel calm, positive and even a sense of excitement for birth. I am mindful of language when teaching Muslim couples and so modesty is a core value in my course. Muslim Fathers-to-be, rest assured, there are no surprises! I also will invite you to my home for a monthly gathering. It is a safe haven of spiritual, emotional and social support as a Muslim Motherhood Community.
