I live in Burntwood, Staffordshire with my husband, two beautiful sons (and two slightly mad dogs). I’ve been incredibly lucky to experience two empowering yet different births and both of these experiences have been huge parts of my journey as a hypnobirthing instructor.
I fell in love with hypnobirthing when I was pregnant for the first time in 2020 and from then I found a passion for everything related to pregnancy, birth, feeding and postpartum life. I love learning about it, talking about it and most importantly using this passion of the birth world to support others during their pregnancies and journeys into parenthood.
I teach groups sessions and private sessions in Burntwood, Lichfield, Rugeley, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and surrounding areas as well as online sessions.
