Birth to me is one of the most exciting journeys of your life, every woman deserves to look forward to and enjoy their very own personal journey to birth. I cannot wait to share with ladies exactly how amazing our bodies are and with the correct tools exactly what our bodies can do to make birth calm and positive.
I have never had fear or worry about labour or birth, two births later and I loved it all, I would do it all again tomorrow! Birth really is the most empowering experience, life changing and something you will always remember.
