Hello, I’m Sammy! I grew up in London, and now I’m based in Manchester. I currently deliver private Hypnobirthing classes as well as classes online.
I am SO excited to now have the expertise and skills to help empower women to OWN their births!! I am a mum of two: a fiercely independent 5yo girl and THE most affectionate cuddly 2yo boy! I stumbled upon the Hypnobirthing world by chance during my first pregnancy. I am grateful to this day, as it led me to incredibly empowering births. Hypnobirthing also shaped the way I navigated all my pregnancies, including our little girl whom we lost at 24 weeks.
I am here to help guide you in trusting your own bodies. I want you to feel heard and understand just how much your birth is within your control. I have a very personal approach. My classes are relaxed and I dedicate my time in helping you and your partner find what works for you, navigate your pregnancy journey (because boy it’s a journey!!) and ultimately achieve a calm and positive birth.
It hurts me to hear the number of women still experiencing traumatic births; training with The Calm Birth School and delivering Hypnobirthing classes is my way of making a dent in that number.
