Hello I’m Beth – mum of two and passionate hypnobirthing and  meditation teacher. I was fortunate to discover hypnobirthing in my first pregnancy. Had I been left to my own devices in preparing for birth, I would have spent my whole pregnancy worrying and thinking about every scenario that could have possibly gone wrong. But the hypnobirthing literally flicked a switch for me. As someone who suffered with anxiety it was SO liberating to go into labour feeling full of confidence and believing deep down that I could do this incredible thing. And I did.

After my positive birth experiences I would literally stop pregnant women in the street saying “you have to look into this thing’. I convinced all my friends to do it and when their babes were born I realised I needed to start teaching.

I love working with private clients and small groups as my classes are very informal and sharing. I work from my heart and am nothing but real and honest with all my clients.

Whilst birth is the most mind-blowing process ever (ever ever), my true passion lays with the woman. Helping women to release their fears, build confidence and develop a deep and supportive connection to their emotions as they travel their unique (and sometimes bumpy) journey to motherhood.

My support for women extends beyond birth offering free meet-ups and regular Mumma Unwind Sessions, which help to re-connect women back to themselves through meditation.

I’m all about female power. I think women are awesome – we grow babes inside of us!! I recognise that birth is massive and while motherhood is amazing it can be bloody hard. Which is why I love building a non-judgemental sisterhood of support and helping women to stay connected to their unique brilliance as they grow (physically and emotionally).
