Biography
Hi, my name is Sarah and I am delighted to say that I am now a qualified hypnobirthing instructor with The Calm Birth School!! I’m based in Brixham, South Devon and mum to two cheeky little monkeys.
I cannot tell you how exciting it is to be in a position, where I can have a positive impact on such a hugely important part of someone’s life. The thought alone makes my heart swell a little.
Having experienced two very different births for my own children (1st without hypnobirthing, the 2nd with), I know first-hand just how much of a game changer hypnobirthing can be and as a result, I am desperate to share what still seems like an untapped secret in the birthing world.
In essence, my goal is to give pregnant people back, something that should never have been taken away from them and that is the trust that they have in their birthing body and the birthing process.
