I am a registered nurse, midwife and health visitor with over 35yrs of health care expereince.
I am trained in reflexology, infant massage, general, pregnancy, postnatal yoga and yoga therapy. Hypnobirthing fits perfectly with my beliefs and values about empowering pregnant women and their partners to have calm, positive birth experiences.
