Hey, I’m Katie, Hypnobirthing teacher and Mama to one gorgeous boy

Giving birth was my greatest fear - hands down.

I discovered Hypnobirthing quite late on in my pregnancy (because to be quite honest I was shitting it).

It was life-changing for both me and my partner, guiding us towards a more positive birth experience. It means a lot to me be helping couples just like us and spread the Hypnobirthing message.

Reading the calm birth book was a breath of fresh air and I was drawn to its more modern no-nonsense approach to Hypnobirthing. I passionately believe that Hypnobirthing has a place at every birth and
would love to share with it with you so you too, can birth without fear.

Holistic pregnancy wellness is my bag, so I will often draw from my experience as a pregnancy yoga teacher in my sessions and we explore alternatives to traditional coping strategies such essential oils.

There is life after birth, and I always say never underestimate the value of a good support network as a new parent! Monthly meet up’s are held at my home and are all part of the juicy extras you get when we
work together. You can share your birth story, catch up with your friends or just grab a rare opportunity for a bloody good cuppa.

Group courses are held every month in Walthamstow and I cover and the surrounding areas of East London for 121s.
