Biography
Hello, I’m Joanna, I live in Medway in Kent and I’m very excited to join the Kent Hypnobirthing Team!
I’m passionate about empowering women through the most magical time of their lives.
I used Hypnobirthing when I had my daughter and it opened me up to a whole new way of trusting myself, my body and my baby.
I wanted to be able to help other pregnant women to see that changing perspectives around birth can really help through this time and their transition into motherhood.
Training with The Calm Birth School has meant that I can help support and guide women through the most powerful experiences women can go through.
