Hello!

My name is Holly, I am married to my best friend and we have two sons, who make every single day full of fun, love and adventure. I currently reside in Charleston, South Carolina where I work full time as a hospital pharmacist, but my true passion lies in learning, talking and teaching people about pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding and conscious parenting. I was first introduced to The Calm Birth Method of hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my first son. I had taken all of the standard prenatal courses at my local hospital but still felt extremely scared and anxious about what was to come. Finding hypnobirthing completely changed my view on labour and birth and allowed me to have the most empowering, unmedicated birth experience. I honestly felt like a real life super hero. My passion for hypnobirthing only grew with the birth of my second son and I knew I had to start sharing this message with other birthing people. My goal is to help you feel informed and empowered to have the birth you want and deserve. I want you to have a comfortable space to ask questions, learn about labour and birthing options without bias, and remind you of the true power that lies within. I believe all birthing people can have a positive birth experience no matter what the circumstances. This experience happens when you have tools, resources, and information available allowing you to make the final decision(s) throughout the entire process.
