Biography
“Hi! I’m Belinda and my business is BEE. I am British, originally from a tiny market town in Suffolk but currently in Vienna, Austria. I love working with people and families. I have a First Class BSc (Hons) Midwifery, a BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies, and expereince working in childcare, together with families.
During my career as a midwife where I trained and worked in Central London, I truly felt called to support people. This was highlighted in my role as a case loading midwife, where I met families early in pregnancy and provided and coordinated their care throughout pregnancy, birth until discharge after having their baby. I felt like I was able to build rapport successfully and deliver information so that people could make informed choices. The relationships we were able to build were really special.
Now i’m in Austria I see a big gap in this support for women. Especially after having my first baby here last year. This is why I am offering families evidence based birth preparation courses in English so that they can truly go into birth and parenthood feeling informed, calm and positive- ready to make decisions and tackle any situation.
