It’s Alyssia Perry here! A hypnobirthing instructor for The Calm Birth School. I live in Long Beach, New York and I’m a first-time mom of a Baby Boy named Kristopher, who was birthed into this world using the Calm Birth Method.

After personally experiencing the powerful and transformative effects of using affirmations, visualization, hypnosis, and many more relaxation techniques; along with the general education about what happens at birth and in the woman’s body. I know with every fiber in my being that every person can have a calm, life-changing, and positive experience. I want to help you with any fear or anxiety that may come up regarding childbirth and help you feel more confident, calm, and in control.

My dream is to share this powerful eye-opening experience and information with people around the world who wants to feel excited and fearless about the decisions they make when it comes to the birth of their child.
