Emily Stone

Emily Stone is a Certified Hypnobirthing Instructor, Certified Breastfeed Counselor and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in women’s health preconception through postpartum. She owns Whole Mama Michigan Collective in Brighton, Mi, a holistic one-stop-shop for maternal wellness services, classes, and groups. Emily used Hypnobirthing herself to achieve the unmedicated births she desired with all three of her boys (though each labor and delivery was very different!) and continues to lean into the breathing techniques, visualization, and affirmations to help with all the challenges life brings.
