A nurse by trade, I have always had an interest in the workings of the human body. But it wasn’t until I had my first daughter that I discovered hypnobirthing. Eager to prove to myself that it is possible to have a empowered positive birth I began looking for ways to achieve this and what a door it has opened. Following the birth of my second daughter I found the calling to help others have the same amazing and positive experiences I had had and embarked on my hypnobirthing instructor training.
Taking a careers break from the Royal Air Force, where I am a practice nurse, I have followed my husband to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus where I hope to share the amazing journey that is hypnobirthing to couples, preparing them to have the calm, positive and fear free birth they desire and deserve.
When not working, I enjoy being in the garden, horse riding and instructing, walking and playing with my girls.
