Hi, I’m Bev.
Since 2015 I’ve supported over 100 women and their partners to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth, using Hypnobirthing and other techniques I’ve gained from my roles as a birth worker.
In my experience, everyone has their own vision of what an awesome birth experience looks like. For this reason, I’m not prescriptive in my methods. My role is to impart knowledge and tools that you and your partner can draw upon to support you through your own unique birth.
I believe that you can enjoy the process of labour and birth, emerging from the experience feeling proud, elated and bonded as a family.
I provide private courses in the comfort of the couples own home and group courses. Based in Croydon, I cover South London/Surrey/Kent.
